Flood Relief Work
Objective
RSB Foundation, in partnership with Annamrit Foundation, took an admirable step towards providing relief to the community that was hit hard by floods in the year 2021. The distribution drive was carried out in the Kaka Nagar locality of Sangali district in Maharashtra. The foundation distributed more than 250 food packets of high quality, ensuring that the affected people received nutritious food during this difficult time.
The flood situation in the area had been severe, leaving many people in dire need of basic necessities, including food. The distribution of food by RSB Foundation and Annamrit Foundation provided much-needed relief to the affected people, helping them to cope with the challenging situation. The food packets were carefully prepared, keeping in mind the dietary needs of the people, and were distributed in an organized and efficient manner.
Overall, the initiative taken by RSB Foundation and Annamrit Foundation has made a significant impact on the lives of the flood-affected people, providing them with essential food supplies and restoring a sense of hope and resilience in the community.
Tree Plantation
The Tree Plantation Drive was a collective effort by the RSB Foundation to increase the green cover in the city and create awareness about the importance of trees. The main objective of the drive was to plant more than 1500 tree saplings in the Vetal Tekadi and Hanuman Tekadi areas of the city. To ensure the success of the initiative, volunteers from the community were invited to participate in the tree plantation drive.
The RSB Foundation took the lead in organizing the drive and carefully selected the saplings to be planted in appropriate locations. The saplings were chosen based on their suitability to the environment and their ability to thrive in the specific climatic conditions of the region.
The impact of the tree plantation drive was significant. It resulted in an increase in green cover in the city, which helped to improve air quality and reduce pollution. The planted trees also provided a habitat for wildlife and promoted biodiversity in the area. Additionally, the initiative raised awareness about the importance of trees and the need for sustainable practices to protect our environment.
Nutrition Program For People Living HIV
Objective
To provide nutritional food and supplements to the children to help them gain average height and weight. These supplements will further help children develop an immune system, which helps them cope with the HIV virus.
Activity
The RSB Foundation has partnered with the TAAL organization to supply nutritional food to children who are living with HIV.OnNovember 4, 2022, more than 50 children from various slum areas of Pune were gathered for the program where nutritional cookie biscuits and protein-containing milk powder were distributed as a healthy diet.The program has followed by discussing various topics such as the benefits of a healthy diet and career opportunities.

Objective

Solar Street Light Installation
Objective
- To provide a number of solar street lights at Kinara Vridhashram, Kamshet, near Pune, for the convenience of orphaned old people.
Activity
Installation of an integrated 12V solar street light with a four-meter pole, including commissioning at site
