RSB is a global engineering institution, founded in 1975 by two bubbling and enterprising young brothers, Mr. RK Behera and Mr. SK Behera, from Jamshedpur, hailing from a humble middle-class background, with a passion and dedication to do something different and traverse a path hitherto untraveled. They dreamed only of realities. Their start-up venture had very little finance, with Rs 15,000 borrowed from his father, but lots of family support and human values imbibed by their parents.

Growing up in Jamshedpur in the midst of successful Tata industries and values, the brothers were deeply influenced and inspired by the entrepreneurship of Tata and their ethical values toward people, society, and the environment. Their upbringing echoes in all that they have accomplished so far and all that they have dreamed to create.

Priyanka Behera

-Director

Mrs. Priyanka Behera holds the position of Director – CSR at RSB Group, actively engaged in social initiatives as a member of the CSR Panel of CII. She collaborates with numerous NGOs to extend social services to underprivileged communities. Additionally, she contributes to the Indian Women Network (IWN) within CII.

A qualified Lawyer, Ms. Behera graduated from the National Institute Law University, Bhopal, before pursuing an Advanced Course on IPR at the University of Washington, Seattle, on scholarship. Her legal expertise is enriched by her practice across various courts.

Mrs. Behera's leadership in RSB Group's CSR programs has garnered recognition from multiple authorities. RSB Foundation, under her guidance, has received several CSR Excellence Awards since 2015, gaining significant coverage in print and electronic media. Furthermore, she has authored numerous articles for print media, showcasing her commitment to social responsibility and legal acumen.

Nirmala Behera

-Director

Ms. Nirmala Behera, Executive Director, Group HR, RSB GROUP, is a graduate with honors in Zoology, an MBA in HR and Marketing, and an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, with more than two decades of rich experience in HR. She also headed quality systems and IT.

She has to her credit umpteen laurels in HR Excellence from leading print media and won Most Popular Style Icon. Her interviews and authored articles have received wide print and electronic media coverage. She is actively involved in a number of CII and other leading forums, is an active member of the International Women's Network, and has participated as an industry expert in a number of panel discussions. She has a passion to serve society and the underprivileged as a responsible corporate citizen.
