PMPoshan Shakti Nirman with Annamitra Foundation (Multi- dimensional project)

Jamshedpur

Objective

To support in improving the nutritional status of children studying in classes 1-8.
Encourages them to go to school thus supporting their education.
To improve the health of the children
To sensitise the school children on health, hygiene and total sanitation.

Initiatives

To conduct foundation Courses for classes 6- 8 under After school learning project.
To organise SLTS (School Led Total Sanitation) activities.
To organise Homeopathy health check-up camps in these schools
Spread awareness on the importance of the HPV virus and its vaccination to protect young adolescent girls.

Impact

We will be covering 2500 students from 31 government schools in the Adityapur and Gamharia regions under this project.
